Is it just me or are there more duplicate LIDs?

LID = Location ID

I dont know what it is but I had to fix about 4 now with HFB because of duplicate LID. But I have been noticing that there are more with other hosts and I am unable to find out who they are with.

But just to out there, should it be a requirement to keep on a managed server the providers name or website? And dedicateds owned by individuals or groups have their site or point of contact?
