If you have a toolbox, you can move to one of the center poles and remove it. It can be annoying and leave you open to a gunshot but I still remove all the wire see.

I find barb wire very buggy to place down. I was just going through a building where somebody placed some down. I found the tinniest whole between the barbed wire and the wall and I climbed right over it where the whole was and kept scavenging. This could be a small glitch that happened to me but you never know if it will work all the time.

I remove it all the time, any i find i try to get wride off. With the current version (1.2.4 or something) They actualy cause a large graphical error so i can hardly play ther game if its around.

Ok so u just need a toolbox to take it out

Toolbox ftw, and you can go over barbwire if its not to high to step over.
