M4A1 Holo SD - Will I get banned for finding it on a body we killed?

Never seen this gun before so I'm guessing it was a hacked weapon. I found it legitly on a body my group killed and another one in a tent. I picked it up and haven't killed anyone with it but I don't want to get banned for using it. Someone said Rocket once said people will get banned for hacking weapons into the game but if I found it is it fair game? Thanks.

Actually I just want some clarification on whether its hacked or not. I have seen many posts on reddit where people have said they found it in the barracks and that it's legit. You're the dick trolling the forums and not answering my question. Have you ever found a Thermal As50? Probs not

Edit- Check Freeside Trading, they are trading these all the time so if its hacked then go troll them.

There is no Holo M4 SD, but there is an M4 SD with an Aimpoint, or CCO. I've seen many times where it's been said that it's safe to use hacked weapons if you find them.

yes your weapon is hacked. Only the Non SD m4a1 holo is in dayz
