I joined this server and was kicked immediately after joining in. Also it says that it was a Non-PvP server which under my assumption is allowed.

I can confirm this is happening.

When it happened to me, there were six offenders who remained in the server while all others were booted. They are, as follows:

Owner

Eric *ADMIN*

Rednek13

Ziggy

Nick

Brendan

I'm really sad because it's such a fast server. I actually got on and looted a building before they noticed and kicked me the first time.
