Forming groups?

Is there a way to form a group of people and start together? Like some kind of clan or guild or something that once you all enter a new server for the first time you all start at the same location?

Nope....I'd suggest using one of the maps listed on the Installation help guide. Hopefully a few of you can read maps, find the towns close and get together. You can always die and respawn to a new location to try to get to them.
