Huge FPS issues since 1.62

I've been getting horrendous FPS issues since the Arma Patch 1.62 came out, to the point where it's making DayZ outright impossible to play. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Changing the video options does absolutely nothing to relieve the problem.

Same issue here. Everything worked fine last week when I logged in and played for hours. Logged out at the SW airfield next to Cherno and I logged into 2 different low ping US servers to find my usual 30+ FPS dropped down a staggering 2-3 FPS. In its current state, the game is unplayable for me with this last patch, so I can only figure whatever changes were done may need to be looked at by devs. System specs are not the issue as I'm running a core i7, 6GB DDR3, and a GTX 570 on Windows 7 Pro 64 without issues all last week.
