After i filled in and pressed send. I did not get a confirmation.

It just wiped all the fields.

Was my request sent or is that a error?

What do you mean requesting to host a server? There's a button for all of the emailing I did?

it went through don't worry. They don't have a confirmation page which is a small issue. They get a ton of requests so it may be a little while till you get a response
