Guy keeps appearing/cheating on US 38, and on livestream

also, their base is approximately at the 000, 010 blocks - NW corner of the map. Ammo crates and such are spawning in there.

Hate to say it, but he is. I'd figure this would be an easier way to catch the guy. Dunno his/their name - name tags aren't enabled on the server.

and I checked the server again, still doing it.
