hacker? or alt+f4 bug?

So, me and my buddy were on a very low pop and quiet (hence pretty boring) server, and decided to go check the NW airfield out.

When we arrived, from behind the far 2 hangars, we noticed a person standing still on the landing zone. We checked with our binoculars, it was a player skin, in a ghillie suit, holding a flashlight, standing perfectly still, and with a massive rifle on his back. We shot him, nothing happened.

After clearing some Zs we went to check him out, we could access the gear like if it was a corpse (couldn't pick the ghillie though), the rifle was an AS50, with only 1 mag, he had antibiotics, some grenades, and standard watch, compass, map, matches etc. (no fancy stuff like nvg or rangefinder).

Ehm... wtf? hacker? or just someone who died there and bugged out? (yesterday my friend shot this guy who was running from a Z, and he alt+f4 out. My mate stayed there to see if he logged back in, he did, he shot him again and killed, despite no murder count, maybe the zombie got the kill, but the corpse was standing still, maybe because he died when logging out/logging in because of the bleeding or sth...
