fuzzy4ever 22 Posted July 29, 2012 (edited) I believe the ATI HD7470 is a laptop video card. Correct me if I'm wrong. If so, I believe that's the Radeon HD7470M (M meaning mobile) and is a very very low quality video card. With laptops, I don't know of any way to swap out the video card as they are typically built into the motherboard. The only way to reduce the choppiness without have to buy desktop/laptop (I'd recommend desktop) that has a better video card is to low every single setting to "Disabled" or "Very Low". However don't reduce "Video Memory" to disabled, put that at Default. Edited July 29, 2012 by Mozzy4Ever

fuzzy4ever 22 Posted July 29, 2012 You're correct in that analysis, most video cards now adays take ~500W. You could get a Radeon 6850 (135 after rebate, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908) and a Corsair 750W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006)Those two together will run the game very well.
