Can't Open Arma II: OA, help needed!

OK so when i start the game i get this error;

I then click ok, the game loads to open and then i get this error and it crashes;

The after trying this thread;

It comes up with;

Normal Arma II runs fine.

So, any help?

Can you run it? on CRYI?

Are you using steam? If so close it and run steam again as administrator.
