Good loot for first kill?

Here's the back story.

I was up at Dobryy near electro when I logged out last night, I had logged in and heard a vehicle which I had thought would have been on the road, I then looked down the hill and saw a guy in a Ghillie suite with the sniper, I then snook up to him with a double-barrel shotgun and put 2 rounds into his head.

The loot I had got was:

GPS

Night Vision Goggles

AS50 TWS

Range Finders

Civilian Clothing.

If you really found a TWS rifle this guy was a scripter/hacker.

Yup, I would drop the weapon as weapon was hacked in game. If an admin see's you're carrying one you can get banned to.

All the weapons mentioned here (http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/Weapons) are allowed in the game. All other weapons are not. Same goes for vehicles like the A-10 Thunderbolt II and Harrier.
