Zombie Footsteps and Zombie Player Corpses

Recommended Posts

Just a couple of suggestions;

1, Louder zombie footsteps.

Lost count of the amount of times ive been creeping around quietly and a zombie has run up behind me without making a sound, usually the first thing you know is the screen goes gray as he starts to wail on you. Zombies wouldnt use stealth or creep, so you should be able to hear them shuffle, crawling and running.

2, Players bodies become zombies.

Dont jump on this before you read it. I know players becoming zombies has been suggested, Im not talking about actual players. What Im talking about is if players get killed by zombies, the player dies as now, but their corpse becomes one of the AI controlled zombie horde. If players have died as a result of PvP then the bodies would be as they are now. This would add a few elements to play.

-If anyone wants to loot your corpse, theyve got to work for it.

-The examine body function doesnt seem to work properly (at least, for me, it doesnt say how they died), it might be an indication to others of what has happened in the area. If there a lot of zombies in an area you may see a lot of players corpse zombies, or possibly sniper activity if there are just player corpses on the ground.

-And the obvious one, isnt that how the zombie infections spread? Zombie attacks human, human becomes another zombie?

Apologies if suggested before.
