I was wondering why sometimes the server I want to go is not on the server list? Is the admin hiding it or should I write down the ip so I can go in anytime?

Check your filters, if its set to a specific parameter like Do not show when full, then whenever the server is max pop it disappears from the list or it could simple be offline, most server restart 4 times a day.
