LoG Steppenwolf 4 Posted July 29, 2012 My group has massive problems with saving tents and vehicles. After a server restart, they always disappear,lose their gear or reappear 3 respawns later. We had 7 vehicles and now we are on 0. But maybe after the next restart we might have 5 again who knows^^The question is now, is this a serverside issue or is it a global problem? roshambo 8 Posted July 29, 2012 This would be a good bug to report, make sure to include whether you or whoever used it last hit "Save <Vehicle>" each time you/they disembarked. I've learned while rolling around on the motorcycle to constantly save it every time I get on it or put/take anything into or from the vehicle. So far, I haven't lost it yet. hocksey@hotmail.co.uk 0 Posted July 31, 2012 I'm finding this issue very irritating it does not make it clear that by leaving a server and joining another you vehicles won't follow you so i apparently have a ural saved or maybe not saved I'm not sure but i did save it... seems the system for this is a little flaw'd and yes I know being able to hope server with you vehicle would be some what a Problem for game dynamics. anyhow was just wondering if someone could explain the ins and outs of the current vehicle and tent saving. Elenkel 50 Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) It's possible that some or all of the vehicles came from hackers. This doesn't necessarily mean that some of your clan members spawned the vehicles via script, but it's possible that they obtained them from hackers (without knowledge) either by finding them or killing the hackers. Remember the phrase "illegal copies may degrade"? Upon a server restart any vehicle that was spawned via script will disappear.ADD: It's also possible that someone simply stole the vehicles.
