Screen issue

Ok, so I don't have the greatest of computers SO, I play on very low graphic settings and yet, I get no lag and great FPS. The issue is, every 10 or so minutes my entire computer freezes, that is, the screen freezes and I can't do anything, but I can hear the game.

Help, please? :)
