Mad_Vengeance (DayZ) 31 Posted July 29, 2012 So, About the Restart button.It was great them removing it for the fact when we go to options or abort we may hit it.1 fixed issue.Now why i disagree with that decision.My friend ended up in debug forest. HOW THE FUCK DOES HE RESPAWNI was in the middle of no where ran over a rock broke my legs, And guess what....Sitting at the top of the map and all my shit disappeared...Thats just a handful of shit that has gone down just today.Id like an option in the menu to enable or disable.And i know what ill opt for. Just quit out, log back in and he'll appear on the south coast but with all of his gear in tact. I tried it yesterday.Also, that's just one issue, not ten. A new script has been added that if you spawn there and disconnect on the next reconnect you will be moved (with all your gear) to the nearest beach.As for what you would like....well join the rest of us. Cause of the accidental clicking? Aborted, spawned on a beach with all gear. As a bonus I ran back to where I was previously and there was dead me, complete with a full complement of gear.... Instead of hitting respawn players will run into whatever city they spawned at and kill themselves. So maybe you've slowed them down 10 seconds between respawns. I would be perfectly find on staying on one patch for almost a couple weeks rather then participating in a game that is getting more bugs each patch with a rather stupid community complaining about it all day.
