You can find Satchel Charges (called "pipebomb" in the game code) in Barracks, so far there's only one place where they can spawn, and that's the two Barracks on the North-West Airfield, keep in mind that they have an incredibly low drop rate though. They're drop chance is 0.11%, with that they're just as rare as Rangefinders and NightVision-Gogles. Good luck in your search.

One of the only items, outside of a radio, I've yet to pick up in this game. If that says anything about rarity. Good luck getting one, where and how has already been explained by others.

me and my friends had a satchel charge, we found it in a car we found. we wasted it to blow up some tree's beacuse i was pissed that the tree was glitching a unpacked tent on the ground so i couldent pick it up again. problem is, it blew away/up the tent too. but totally worth it
