like the title says, I've heard they sometimes even mean the server is about to restart but I may be wrong.

the first time I entered a church I looked for a rope so I could ring the bell ............. :lol:

where do people come up with this stuff? I swear I could tell people there is a magic pony with NVG's that lives near Stary Sobor and they would sure enough search for it.

Heh, seems like they can be heard from about 17 miles away (the map is only 15 miles tall).
