Fix the sound bug before you implement logging penalties.

There is a bug whereby if you do an action like eating for example.

when you get next to somebody for the first time, ANYTIME after the action.

They can hear all the actions you have done.

The only way to fix the bug at the moment is to logout then login after doing actions.
