Can't Right Click?

I recently updated my game with the ARMA 2 Launcher, and now instead of the tan inventory menu it's a dark green menu and I can't right click and use any of my items.

Is there a fix?

Ditto, now I can't play cause I'm dying... wtf?

Can you provide a link to the "ARMA 2 Launcher"? I have heard of DayZ Commander, Sixlauncher, but not "ARMA 2 Launcher" yet. I can test when I get back from the office.
