Stuck on loading (latest unofficial patch) (latest beta) any fixes?

Hello, I know there's a topic about this floating around somewhere but some fixes inside of it didn't seem to do the trick for me. I'm wondering if anyone else has some ideas on how to fix this? Currently running latest ARMA 2 beta and Dayz patch (unofficial).

Every patch 1.7.2.3 is a no go. Only 1.7.2.4 is working atm. As far as i know of. Check your filter to find the newest patch only.
