So do I just need Operation Arrowhead to play?

Website says I need "Combined Operations" which is Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead. I have Arma 2, so assuming just need Operation Arrowhead right? Thanks.

Combinet operation is like a gold edition.. but u can play just with OA downloading the arma 2 free.. my friends are doing this.. but look for some tutorial.. they are doing this because the price here in Brazil are realy high.. but if go buy in $ the CombinedOperation worth
