Which guns are the most rare? Found SVD camo and i'm pretty sure that's one of them, right?

Yes It is pretty good, all you need now is a ghille suit & NV Googles to kill anybody.. also to go along with that gun. My personal favorite is the M107.

It doesn't matter at the moment, because they are being duplicate all over, purposely and accidentally....

That one is very rare in the loot tables. Did you find ammo?

Yes, there was actualy an ammo box with 10 clips in it along with the few it came with.
