Performance problems in 1.7.2.4

since i updated to 1.7.2.4 i've had major issues with fps drops, first my fps was like 30-40 and now its only like 7-14.

am i the only one who is getting this problem?

i already tried the tweakers guide but it didnt work.

does anyone know how to fix this?

I've been having this problem too, not sure why, most servers I go on are getting it, seems to have stopped now though, no idea what I did to make it stop though. sorry.

Just know, you're not the only one, me and another friend are getting the same thing happening.
