How long do i have to get back to my vehicle when i died driving it(blood loss) before it respawns?

You can get it when you like, cars do not respawn unless they get blown up, therefore if the car is fine it will stay in the same place.

But if someone has taken it, then it could be gone, also, server restarts send the vehicle back to the last place it was saved.

thanks i lost it in middle of nowhere way off beaten path on woods on map going to where my tent is only have food there for food sakes lol only weapon is a hachet :P thanks
