Opening pack problem

when I click on my pack and then click "open pack" nothing happens in the top left of my gear menu it will have my pack name "czech pack 16/16" but i can see the gear slots on the right side and the gear in the pack isnt transferable in the left side. there is no way for me to look at the gear in the pack. I tried putting on a new pack and then opening the old one from the ground still no luck

You only SEE the gear in your pack as icons when you have opened a loot pile. If you open your pack otherwise it only displays the contents of your pack as a quantity value on the left side (left side numbers are what is in your pack, right side numbers are what is on your body). Hope that makes sense.

yes i dont see the quantity value ever its like i am not wearing a pack when i open a loot pile same problem

Are you doing a double click on the backpack icon to open it? (that's how I've always done it anyway). If you could post a screen cap it might be helpful....

I have this problem when I'm nowhere near any loot piles. I either double-click or click my backpack then click "Open" - however, the pack's contents are only shown on the left side screen and there's no way to drop items properly or put new items in the pack. It's completely random and it seems to be a chance % if I can actually open my pack correctly to see what's inside. This is so freakin' frustrating. ><

If you open the pack and see Czech pack 16/16 that means that your pack is empty. When you are at that screen the items will have a number to their right, select that item, then click the left arrow from your inventory.
