Updates, Incompatible, Cannot install updates

I need help understanding the following:

What the heck is TakeonH RA - A.C.E. (7) Synced, and why is it all blacked out? When I try to Update or Install mods it says it is incompatible and I am too new to SIX to figure out what the heck is going on. Any help would be awesome.
