He murdered me for nothing....

Recommended Posts

Hello folks..

Just like to relate a story of what happened to me while scouting Churno..

I'd just re-spawned after being killed by a hoard of Zombies somewhere up country, can't think of the little hamlet it was at present, but it doesn't matter in regards the story of what took place next.

So, like I says, I've just re-spawned, and I'm wonderin were to go and what to do. I decide that seein as its a new life and its early in the game, I'll go to Churno and see if I might find some good loot.

So off I goes, avoiding the occasional zombie as you do. As I reach the outskirts of Churno, I hear the familiar sound of gunfire coming out of the city..

I stop, nervously weighing up my options. Do I retreat to safer waters, or do I banish my fears and move into Churno and leave it to lady luck to guide me through the dangerous swamp that can be Churno with bandits in.

I decide to take my chances with lady luck and hope to avoid the ambitions of the gun toting assassins and murderers that go looking in the big cities for their prey.

Its been a good twenty minutes of crouch walking and stealth crawling before I find myself in the cement factory, I can hear the occasional sound of handguns, Bang bang bang, Must be someone killing a zombie I thinks to myself. Then I hear the sound of an AK. The unmistakable sound of death.

I know now there's assassins in the Churno, I try to relax as my nerves are getting the better of me now. I lay down prone wondering if I should just run out of town and head up into the hills!!!!..

Meanwhile one or two zombies have taken an interest in my location, I see them slowly moving in on my position, I decide to hide in a nearby building that looks like a garage or workshop. As I head towards the small shed all hell breaks loose around me.

Handguns, firing. the crack of the AK assault rifle and what sounds like the unmistakable whistle of a snipers bullet whizzing past my ears.

I realize that I've managed to find my way into a gunfight between two different factions of murders that are hunting people down in Churno. I'm right in the middle of the firing line. I bolt for the shed, bullets whizzing to my left and right. But somehow lady luck looks after me and I find the safety of the shed..The gunshots outside carry on for a couple more minutes before silence returns to the city of Churno. I relax a little. I see a smoke grenade on the floor, a green one. I pick it up and muse on its effectiveness against the zombies.

So I pick it up, load it up and throw it towards a group of zombies across the courtyard.

They don't seem to be taking much notice and I give up on ever thinking to pick any more of these up. Not wanting to waste valuable space in my backpack.

Then I hear a voice on the mike.. "Hello, Coal,,,Coalma,,,Coalman". I'm startled, I try not to make any sudden movements lest I'm taken as a threat..

"Hello, what can I do for you" I says nonchalantly...I still can't see who it is?.

"Turn round I'm behind you", the voice says.

I turn round to see the figure of a man with an AK pointing it in my direction. The fella asks me to give him some blood as he's been wounded in the gunfight that just taken place.

He tells me to take out some blood from his pack and administer it to him.

By way of reassurance I tell him he can have some blood I found on my way into Churno, I have my own I tell him, no need to use your own I say reassuringly..

I'm feeling great about helping the fella out, He's injured and here I am giving him another chance to live to fight another day. Why, as I'm giving this wounded soldier some blood I'm feeling slightly sainted. It feels good to help a fellow man in need I tell myself..

I sense a halo glowing round my head.

Its going to my head now as I feel like Jesus almost raising Lazarous from the dead...

I finish giving the fella his blood transfusion. Anything else I can help you with I offer in the friendliest tone I can muster...

Yes, just one more thing he says......Crack crack bang bang bang crack bang crack

I just managed to get my finger to the mike button,"you f****** piece of f****** s*** I says

I just heard the sound of sniggering before my life was ended.....

Moral of the story, don't trust no one... but always be willing to help?.

I just shot a guy three times and he said "Friendly" so I go, I patch him up, I walk with him to a deer stand and when I check my map *BANG* I'm dead

Moral of the story:

Even if you are jesus fucking christ no one can change how douchebags play

You gave blood to an armed man in Cherno? That sounded like a robbery not help :D

Even though it's good, you should never help someone you don't know!

Something tells me Jesus Christ wouldn't have shot someone 3 times before aiding them.

lol, i saw someone being chased into a shed by zoms earlier and went over to help them out. I'd killed the zoms and did the whole "friendly, its safe."

female skin comes out of the shed says nothing types nothing, I do the whole double tap crtl to lower the weapon... then her boyfriend comes running out of the shed with a hatchet and chops me to death.

never rub another man's rhubarb.

typing *friendly* is a waste of time in DayZ nowadays...you get shot the first three times doing so and that's when you stop beeing nice and shoot first. It did not used to be that way all the time but at least since may this is the way you have to deal with it if you don't want to be killed instead. To ne honest, If you want cooperative gameplay play ArmA II CTI or COOP or something like that, you will rarely get shot there by friendlies and you will know the enemies by their uniforms.

Why, when we're in the Bandit Campfire section of the forums, are people calling PKers douche bags? And I mean god for bid the PKing 'douche bags' play the game they want. They purchased it. Well not DayZ but the game to play it.

This was really just a ploy to get you to transfer blood to him. Just always be skeptical.
