D/Cers, Snipers and nerfed guns

Alright well it all started in the woods north of Stary Sobor. I logged in and switched on my NVGs because it was a pitch black night. Seeing that there was only around ten players on i figured I would be safe so i ran into the military camp to see what loot I could find.

I turn the corner when about to enter a tent and there laying on the ground was a man with a pistol. He shot me at point black range atleast 4 times, I jumped in my chair and ran to side of the tent to realize what happened. I started unloading atleast 2 whole mags with my M14 AIM because they can go through tents.

I then retreated to the woods to kill zombies that were on me. I didnt get any murder or bandit kill he disconnected <_<. I head back down to the camp with about 7400 blood, I eat two steaks so i should be fine for a little while. The next thing i see is a man coming from the woods shining is flashlight down towards the camp, i took cover behind a bush and watched him.

He made his way into the camp and started looting. I watch as his flashlight shines all over and then i see something on the hill. I used my binoculars to take a closer look and it was a man with an M107 (or a AS50) aiming down into the camp. I watched as he fired once and killed the man in the camp. By now i was quite shaken and had my temperature getting pretty low from hiding in the bushes.

I started to escape North-West to the woods to make a fire because my temperature was so low. I noticed a crashed helicopter to the left in the flied which must have been where the man got his rifle. I kept moving expecting it to be already looted and ran to the woods. I made a cozy fire laid down and got on the forums.

Alright well now to adress some problems #1 is the nerfed guns( http://dayzdb.com/news/weapon-changes-in-arma2-162 ) you can see there. When that man shot me point blank i shouldve died, yes im happy i didnt but they made some of the guns too weak. #2 People need to stop disconnecting even if you have good loot and dont wanna die. Im getting sick of getting into firefights just to have them disconnect at the last minute.

Because ive tested shooting through tents with zombies and it works and when i came back from the woods i looked in his tent and he was gone.
