Taking forever to load?

So at the moment I am waiting to log into the game I have done so for 10 minutes now it is just stuck on loading. This is what happens every time I want to join a server it takes forever. Dayz wasn't like this what the hell happened? The more updates that come out just make it worse. Am I the only on experiencing this?

no, i am too, ever since the latest patch which added a 'dayz' loading screen, nice screen, but i really dont care about the screen when i can't play the fraking game

Friends have encountered this issue - pretty sure its a battle eye problem, try deleting ur @Dayz folder in ur Arma 2 OA folder, and relaunch six launcher to download it again - then go to steam and right click Arma 2 / Arma 2 OA and verify integrity of game cache, should fix the problem
