hatchet and rifle

Recommended Posts

I have this hatchet that I've been using for quite awhile, but today I found a lee enfield and made the mistake of firing it in the middle of town (HOLY SHIT!!!). Is it possible to keep the lee enfield but equip the axe to use instead, or switch between them? I tried but I can't figure it out.

Yes. Add the axe to toolbelt by selecting it in your inv. it will be an option. But you will have to drop the rifle to use the hatchet.

The hatchet and the lee are both mainweapons. You can switch them only if you put the Lee on the ground or in your backpack, if you have enough slots free (10+ammo)

To equip hatchet:

Move the rifle to your backpack (which you select by clicking and choosing "open bag"), then right click the hatchet, select use as weapon.

To equip rifle:

Right click hatchet, choose "move to toolbelt", then open backpack by clicking it and choosing "open bag", and move your rifle out of the backpack.

In my own personal experience, the Lee is not such a bad weapon as the ammunition is readily available and it has great PvP damage just in case. The trick is to only fire one shot if you really need to fire, as any people within range would likely be focusing on other matters, and although they might hear the shot, they might not be able to pinpoint it. This of course will not work if you fire again as they will then know right where you are.
