I ask this because I found a dead survivor, surveying the body revealed his nickname, but it also said that the cause of death was unknown. He had no visible gun shot wounds, nor could he had been slain by zombies (he was loaded with weapons and ammo and was in a factory building). Azrail (DayZ) 211 Posted July 28, 2012 i dont think you can see wounds, just blood. i think blood stops flowing from a coprse after a while.having weapons won't save you from dying to zeds.right now you can't figure out how someone died, unless you saw it happen.
