Binoculars make texture go crazy

What happened: I was playing with my friend. We used binoculars to look around and both of us got this weird graphical bug. All screen was filled with these big walls of texture.

Where you were: Berezino.

What you were doing: We were looking for medical supplies on top of the hospital.
