24Hr Charity Dayz Marathon

Hi. So yeh, i have already sent a email to the dev team via the new contact form, informing them of my intentions to stream this for charity. (asking permission) providing i get some sort of go ahead from them, then i and a whole load of my friends will be streaming for 24hrs straight, some may not stream for the full 24hr but there will be at least 2 of us streaming for the whole length.

we will be raising money for various charities, all over the world.

it will all be streamed, we will take request to do so crazy stuff, ie running through electro at night holding a flare, shouting "come get us you horrible zeds" - thats the pg version!

we have plans to set ourselves challanges throughout the event, such as setting up base, building a car, getting a heli etc...

we hope to be able to get everyone on the same server during the marathon that is willing to help us and to stream with us, helping us raise the money for charity.

Also i should also mention this is not my first charity event, i have done them in the past, the last being L4D marathon for 4days! I am the Co-host of Segaford Gaming Podcast (with a side order of crumpets!) http://segaford.co.uk and http://twitch.tv/langford777 - (Note: the event will be streamed on various channels on twitch.tv.)

so yeh more info will be posted closer to the time of the event.

Keep in mind, many servers shut themselves down at interval, while other issues with Alpha can cause, well, other issues.
