Under the impression dmg was nerfed?

So after looking at the forums it looked like every was was in agreement about the damage being lowered by an Arma patch.

Ok thats fine.

Feels like the player damage was not. Just got one shotted with a Makarov. Curious if this is a bug or whats up? I dont mind the dying part just curious.

The nerfs are too much, even for the regular game really. For the game, it's minorly acceptable, except the fact that the Lee Enfield is half as good now.
