Splittey 0 Posted July 28, 2012 Hello everyone! :)I started playing DayZ today, and, to be honest, it is already pretty awesome ( some bugs keep annoying me, but that's not the point of this post ).While getting my first weapons , I got an idea...I didn't think about it too much yet, but all the people I asked liked this idea..What about making another DayZ gamemode, in which you basically are a normal group of soldiers and need to haunt and kill all the infected? ( Something like a "story" )..A nuclear powerplant ( or something chemical ) explodes and turns all the people in this area into zombies ( Oh Really? :D )You, a special team of soldiers, get sent to this area to kill all the infected and stop the mutation's spread...But unluckily the mutants hide, are pretty strong ( and maybe got something like a special attack or feature, super jump 'n stuff ).By the time you killed a specific amount of zombies, more vehicles , better weapons and stuff get unlocked...In case you killed all mutants and stopped the mutation's spread, you win and another round with different spawnpoints, maps etc. will startI already told the support about this idea ( and a few bugs ), and they told me to create such a post and gather your opinions about that...I'd be really grateful if you'd leave your opinion about this here ( I barely thought about it 15-20 minutes yet.. To BunnyHillPro... i can't stand asshats like you that always say "go play COD" I don't play it because it died to me after the first Modern Warfare but you just say shit like that because you get raped in fast paced games like that and can't just sit there like you can in this game. vision1776 42 Posted July 29, 2012 I would like to see a stand alone game for DayZ with different game modes. One of the game modes would be cool to see is like a "rebuild". A coop server where a group of survivers starts at a town that has been isolated from zombies and defended and with limited supplies they must go and clear other villages and gather more supplies.If you dont know what I am talking about check out that game called "rebuild".It could be similar to a domination server but different because of the scarcity of items and needing food and water. Cool!Can people stop suggesting other "game-modes" Day Z will never have "modes" it's one game! You can already do all that shit in other games and it has no connection with Day Z!Don't make any more suggestions until you've learned what this game is about.
