Banned on US35 for "Cheating/Hacking"

Hi, i have been playing days for a while now and one server i am on the most is us35. yesterday i go to login right after updating dayz and it says i have been banned for "cheating/hacking". I had also updated the beta patch. the server had not updated and was greyed out in dayz commander but my friend wanted me to try it anyway so i did. i think this might be a glitch or something. this might be unrelated but about 30min before this i was on another server when i put on civilian clothing so my character would have black clothing. nothing happened the first time so i tried again, and again. all of a sudden my character was teleported to some ocean miles off shore. the crazy par was that my friend on teamspeak said my guy was still lying prone right next to him in the forest we were in. i disconnected and my friend told me my character was still alive and lying there. when i logged back in i was standing there right next to myself. were were able to look in my bag and take stuff(we did NOT do this intentionally) i even killed my glitched self and got a murder but the server never gave the message "bombboy was killed". I repeat WE DID NOT INTEND TO DUPE MY CHARICTER! i don't think this is relative because it says that i was banned from that server but can i please get some help?

Does it say 'global ban #(some numbers here)'? Otherwise, it's just a server ban.

nope i can get onto other servers its just a simple server ban. it says battleeye:banned from server (cheating/hacking).[im at work so I'm not sure if thats the exact wording but i know it says (cheating/hacking)]

Local ban. Contact the admin of the server or play on one of the other 2700+

i was going to first but i found out that the admins on the server are kind sketchy. there have been quite a few cases brought up against them for admin abuse. i just wanted to stay far away from that and see if the dayz staff could lift the ban. can the staff do that or do i have to confront them directly?

Your ban resides in that servers ban.txt file. Dayz folks don't have access to his file.

It's either he removes it or you move on, not much in between.....sorry

Ideally the server gets blacklisted for not following the rules, unless the admin is able to come on here and show that the OP was doing something he shouldn't have been.

Yeah you're gonna have to talk to them if you wanna get unbanned, and yes they are "sketchy". Our whole raiding group got banned from there server because we raided there camp and took there shit. There justification was that we were combat logging (we werent). Still have never been shown proof of it

Oh shit. I play on US353 and last night we stumbled across a camp with like 7 tents FULL of guns, ammo, medical supplies, more tents there was a dirtbike, bicycle and much more. WE CLEANED HOUSE and put it all somewhere else. If that was the admins honeypot I'm betting we are so banned when we get online tonight :P

I'm the admin of US353 and you would never get banned for raiding a camp or even my camp, bad luck to me if you did!

Raid away, our fault for not placing it somewhere more decent / defending! :)
