I love this aspect of the game and I hope it is developed in the future. (I know about sandbags - please soon!)

This is our setup for a camp of four survivors, currently 2 coils of barbed wire, one fireplace, one tent, three vehicles: UAZ jeep, White UAZ (naming error?) and one "Red" all in working order albeit a little battered.

We are hoping to expand with tank traps and wire around the whole perimiter for the roaming zombies update and include additional tents when we find them.

Since you seem to have some experience in setting up camps, just let me ask you one question: How do you make sure that the camp isn't raided when you logg out? I mean... 2 wire fences don't seem secure at all...

I have a camp way out in the sticks, which is not much more than three tents and a campfire for my group of seven people, we're more or less just pack rats at the minute.

From the look of it, this is up the coast NE of Berezino. Raided a tent and a car there once.

Wire fences are purely for zombies, you can press V to vault over them. This camp is really, really remote. You really need a vehicle to get to it and without one the walk is soul destroying.

Nope, too close to the player spawns in my opinion.

Haha very cool. Good position with a lookout over the ridge. Would be awesome to be able to build stands to trade or sell goods.
