I don't think you're going to get anything good as I think they're pretty common..I know I've ran into a few and I'm not sure if helicopters are back in the game..

ah ok :P and i saw a helicopter flying today.... and a bus... amazed me since im new to game :/

Just spawn in Elecktro, go to an abandoned warehouse, and find like three main rotor assemblies on your way out.
