GB 200 Vote admin abuse

A lot of players joined GB 200 and voted in a player called CensoredPlus as admin at 15:58. Once he got voted in he started to kick everyone. I am one of the official admin of the server so i logged in and kicked and banned some of these guys - i didn't get them all. I suspect this isn't the first time this has happened as i have logged into the server previously and noticed that the settings had reverted to regular (if you restart the game from within the server this is what happens but a simple restart from the server host's control panel will fix this).

In the server logs it tells me he logged in as admin but it doesn't seem to log the votes.

In the server config does it take 33% of 99people to vote? o.O

Yes it does but i was told previously that voting didn't work in dayz.

If i delete the following lines will it disable voting?

Can't you just change voteThreshold = 0.33 to voteThreshold = 0.98 or something?

I thought about that and I might give it a go but it isn't really a complete solution. there seem to be a lot of them so it wouldn't be too hard for them to become that dominant on the server at an off time. maybe I could change it to 1.00 and hope that there is always at least 1 other person on the server?
