It seems I cannot play the mod with other mods installed.

I deactivated the I44 mod so I could play but everytime I load into a server it says .../i44_blah.pbo etc. aren't accepted keys and what not.

You may have to find and remove all other mods from your Arma2 installation if the issue keeps happening, but did you remove the -mod=@blablablamodhereblablabla from the launch options and or target for the short cut?
