Mantalos 0 Posted July 28, 2012 Hi guys! I've been playing on the same server for a while now without any kind of problems so far. Although, after the latest beta patch from Arma 2OA (95417), I'm having trouble joining the server. When i check what version i play it says 95389, so i have tried to download the latest patch 95417 from http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ . When I'm finished with the installation, and im about to join the server, it just says bad version, server rejected connection. Then i try to join a server with 95389 and I have no problems on those servers.Therefor, I'd like to know how I am supposed to get the newest patch proper installed.. hemp0325 6 Posted July 31, 2012 God I hope you and I find a solution to this problem because I have been experiencing this for several days now. I too have downloaded that current patch and installed it but still receive the Bad Version, Server Rejected Connection error message. It's weird because when I search for the server via the Filter option it will pull up the server and it allows me to connect to it. But when i do click join and it tries to connect that is when it comes back with the bad version server rejected connection error message and then it states I need the version that I just installed. hemp0325 6 Posted July 31, 2012 Hey man I have found a solution to our problem. First off you need to make sure you download the current beta patch. Once you have downloaded the recent beta patch you need to go to C:>ProgramFiles>Steam>SteamApps>Common>Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead>Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch.That should work for you man, let me know if that helps.
