Looking for clan

I'm currently looking to join a clan.

There are a few things in specific I'm looking for.

East coast. I play between 4pm-10pm est usually

Military style hierarchy. I need some form of command, not just a group of people aimlessly wondering around. I like a chain of command.

Friendly and social, but know when to be serious when something important is happening.

Anyone familiar with eve and doing anything with an FC will understand what I'm looking for.

I like structure, but at the same time I want to e able to joke around when it's appropriate.

Even though this is the bandit section I'll add that I'm mostly shoot on sight (voice comms can get me to be merciful though. I'm a sucker)

I've been playing for a few months on and off. I've been playing a lot more recently.

I'm pretty familiar with how loot spawns, out of game maps and other basic game mechanics.

I also consider myself average in terms of game knowledge, I've never used a tent or vehicle and have had very few military grade rifles.

I enjoy sniping and scouting, staying out of sight and watching things from afar. I've sat in hills and watched other survivor movement and adjusted my plan to either intercept and kill, or avoid if necessary. I play fairly careful but I'm also not afraid to die and start over. I'm very willing to learn advanced game mechanics and team gameplay.

I am highly against duping or hacking, altf4ing and even server hopping for loot spawns, I know that all clans claim to be clean, but if you do this stuff do us both a favor and don't waste either of our time.
