powerless problem

Last time i died i just closed the game the next time i wanted to play i go on a server and there didnt came the male or femal img i just spawned had only 10l blood, spawned somewere else on the map get powerless (the hourglass louses like 20% in 3h)and fell on the ground i lost blood at the beginning till 4,6l and now i have to wait endless long

EDIT: is there a way to kill myself while being powerless?
