Ping issues in game lobby

I am having issues with my ping whenever I join a game. I use fraps and game booster. When I join a server everything will be fine until battle eye is verified. After that my fps will go from 75 down to 1 and repeat. Also my ping starts below 100 then climbs to over 1000 then I get kicked. This happens a lot. I tried using my Ethernet going strait to my modem and router didn't help. Also wifi doesn't work. I can play sometimes but it takes a while to get into a server. Not sure what it is. I'm thinking it's either my modem or some other hardware. Any ideas?

There is quite a few posts on the bohemia website in the multiplayer section people having the same issues.

Maybe battle-eye is playing up sometimes it needs to update and restart your end, and you might be getting stuck with it.

I think you will have to just put up with it i am afraid, until it's fixed properly, it's an intermittent issue.
