Confirm before Suiciding

I've lost too many guns and backpacks by trying to change my options in this game. The respawn key on the Esc. menu should bring up a prompt and confirm that you want to suicide before actually letting you drop dead. It wouls save me so much time running back to my body.

Just today, I logged into a server with bad FPS so I tried to turn down my graphics to see if it would help. I lost my Alice, L85A2, MP5SD6, and NV goggles. Not happy.
