Camera Shaking

Im having a rather large problem where whenever I try and look down the sights of either my weapon or my binoculars, for some reason the camera starts shaking really badly. This is making it impossible to take accurate shots or look at any thing with my binoculars without getting motion sick, its rediculous.

Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help me fix this so I can get back to scavenging?

If only that was the case. I know how painkillers work but I am at full blood, and no broken bones.

Ahhhhhh ok I didnt know it could be caused by running or cold. Thanks alot took a heat pack and that seems to have helped.

Being out of breath, in pain, low on blood, cold (?) and horny are all known causes of shaking.
