I was playing Dayz fine untill today I Manualy installed and play using the beta patch but whenever I launch it gives me this error

addon camisc_fix_str requires addon castructureshouse_a_office01'. I can still log onto servers and even play but there are no buildings. anything helps thanks!

Same problem here,no one know how to fix it ? iv tried to reinstall the mod but I have not solved anything....
