Is there some sort of a group feature?

Hey guys,

I'm obviously new to the DayZ mod and this is my first post. Hey hey!

Now I'm wondering, is there any sort of group feature implemented in this game? Cause me and my buddy are teaming up and while we have skype set up to communicate it would be nice to be in a party or something. On the other hand this might not be really realistic? I don't know to be honest and that's why I am asking here! :-)

I don't believe there's a party system - You don't really need one tbh, Since you have skype - that's all you need! :D

Thank you for the fast response. At second thought I think you are right.. it would take away from the atmosphere anyways!
